Client will receive a confirmation of date and time with all communication platforms.

Within 24 hours after the consultation, you will receive a summary email outlining key points discussed and any actionable steps recommended.
Reschedule Policy:
A reschedule fee of $25 will be invoiced and must be paid prior to the rescheduled call.
Late Policy:
Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled call, the session will be classified as canceled and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Before Consultation: If you cancel your consultation 48 hours before it has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
Within 24 hours after the consultation, you will receive a summary email outlining key points discussed and any actionable steps recommended.
Attended and rendered services cannot be refunded excluding proper cancellation, but we will address all customer service inquiries.
Repeated cancellations are not refundable.
