Business Formation Essentials is typically delivered within 3–5 business days from your scheduled consultation. You’ll receive your checklist, resources, and guidance via email or shared drive link. Add-ons may extend delivery by 1–2 business days. All services are digital unless otherwise noted.
Reschedule Policy:
A reschedule fee of $25 will be invoiced and must be paid prior to the rescheduled call.
Late Policy:
Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled call, the session will be classified as canceled and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Before Consultation: If you cancel your consultation 48 hours before it has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
Attended and rendered services cannot be refunded excluding proper cancellation, but we will address all customer service inquiries.
Repeated cancellations are not refundable.
Terms:
This is a live strategy and brainstorming service. Because the work is co-created and delivered in real time, no formal revisions are included.
Additional follow-up sessions can be booked separately if further development or planning is needed.
All bookings are final. Refunds are not offered once services are rendered, but customer service is a top priority and we’ll work to address any issues or questions promptly.
